At Exit
Premier, we offer ongoing weekly training
for all our agents. Most of the training is
geared to the level of need of each
individual agent who attends. Our commitment
to teaching you what you need to know
follows your commitment to attend these
trainings and bring your sincere interest
and questions.
At Exit
Premier, we offer you a compensation package
that you can run with. We offer all our new
agents a 70% commission structure from the
beginning. Most companies start their new
agents at 50%. We think beyond the box here:
we treat you as if you are already an
established agent! Of course, we expect you
to act that way also! As you learn to do
this very quickly under our tutelage, you
become a top producing earner within a short
time.
Most of our
competitor's offices are characterized by
one or two top producers (5-10% of the
agents in the office) who do 80% of the
business and pretty much dominate the
opportunities available to others in their
office. NO T at EXIT PREMIER! We are proud
to say that 10 of our 30+ agents made 50
thousand dollars or more last year…and we
had 4 agents who made over 100 thousand
dollars!
Our goal is to
continue growing, forming teams within the
company and building our sales force to 50
agents or higher. We would love to see at
least 40-50% of the agents in our office
doing 80% of the office’s business. We share
great camaraderie within the office because
we have many who have succeeded together.
